I recently move to Salisbury from Jacksonville, finding it extremely hard to find the right clinic for my needs. Was traveling back-and-forth to my other clinic for a while due to it. I can honestly say this clinic and staff have been a life saver for me. Would recommend Ms. Lauren, she listens and understands without making me feel a certain type a way.

Dr. Davis is very compassionate with her patients. Will recommend her to family and friends

I only moved here 2 1/2 months ago and I've been on paid medication for 21 years. I was very nervous and worried that due to all of the restrictions and rules relating to pain medication I would have a really hard time finding a doctor that would take on a new patient and listen to me and prescribe only what I need to function daily. I went to Carolina Pain and Weight Loss and saw Dr. Lauren Murphy and what a blessing it was. Dr. Murphy set and listened to me for a good amount of time, asking me very good questions, and letting me ask questions while devising a strategy to help me. She didn't make me feel like she had to hurry me out because she had other patients or she already had in mind what she was going to do before she even talked to me, to me these are traits of a very good doctor. Also the staff including the nurse who helps her are absolutely awesome they really are. I wish I could remember the nurses name because she as well as Dr. Murphy have made me feel at home, have really helped me and have been so very kind. I am so very grateful for Dr. Murphy and her nurse and would like to thank both and I would 100% highly recommend Dr. Murphy for your medical care. This truly is a great medical facility.

Dr.Norm has Listened to all my problems and concerns and address them accordingly, he has the best attitude always in a good mood and makes me feel comfortable and at ease I could not imagine going to any other doctor

Update: I have now been coming to this clinic for over 6 years now. I can not imagine having to go anywhere else for treatments for my pain issues. I have the BEST PA! All of the staff are really nice. I am blessed to have found this place years ago.

This place has helped my disabled grandson get back to enjoying life again. He was in so much pain he couldn't ride atv,cast a fishing rod or shoot hand guns or rifles for shoulder pain. He is now back enjoying life, he's not pain free(no medication will provide that and keep you conscious and alert). His pain is decreased so much that I can enjoy time with my grandson again. If your not truthful with your Dr he can't help you. His pain is down to a level, so fishing we do as much as possible and deer hunting as we enjoy. Back to living life again thanks to these folks. He and I both appreciate what they have done for him.

In the past, I have had a hard Time finding a pain Dr I can trust that will be caring for my needs due to my pain. The staff and Amy have been awesome to me always. They are always concerned for me and make sure I feel confident about our visit. I always look forward to going because I know they care. I've been going there for years now and do not plan on leaving at any time. Amy goes beyond her job to make sure her patients are in at less pain as they can be. Great place to be!!!

Awesome staff they are always clean and they are always very nice I recommend to anyone very caring about you and your health.
