Dr. Nunez is a wonderful doctor. He is a great listener, compassionate and understanding. Couldnt ask for a better doctor. And the office staff are wonderful people. If you are looking for a pain and weight loss facility, this is the place.

So so helpful....Jennifer Drake listens to me and wants me to feel the best I can. I've never needed pain management to the degree I do now.The nurse and front desk are so polite and work so hard to get me everything I need....If you need pain management go to these guys ❤️

Im a new patient here at carolina pain and weight loss im only 31 but i was born with Bladder exstrophy and suffer from extreme bladder spasm's and lower bladder pain and i saw Simone Nelson for the first time today and she treated me with the most upright respect and really seemed to care about making my life better with the care and medicine i need to live a normal life 100% would recommend her to anyone!

Have been with Dr. Caroline since 2009. She's not only compassionate and caring she also is very patient and thorough with my needs and concerns.. would highly recommend if pain management or control is needed.

I love this place. Carolyn Davis is so awesome! She is very professional, and has great bedside manners. The staff has been nothing but friendly! I actually enjoy going to get a shot and that says a lot since I absolutely don’t like going to appointments. I recommended to a friend. Thank you to all!

I had my first appt at sailsbury office doctor staff all were very very nice and take time to understand and see whats causing the pain and work on a treatment plan thats best for us

I recently move to Salisbury from Jacksonville, finding it extremely hard to find the right clinic for my needs. Was traveling back-and-forth to my other clinic for a while due to it.
